What kind of Django projects do you take on? +
Production backends and REST APIs for SaaS products, internal business tools, contact and content management systems, and integrations with payment gateways or government APIs.
Can you take over or extend an existing Django codebase? +
Yes. I regularly read and extend existing Django projects, add new REST endpoints, fix data model issues, and bring an app up to production standards without a full rewrite.
Do you handle deployment, not just code? +
Yes. I set up Django apps on Linux servers with proper database, static file, and environment configuration, so what you get is a running system, not just a repository.
Do you also build the frontend, or backend only? +
Both. I most often pair Django with Tailwind CSS or React Native/Expo for the frontend, but I'm also comfortable shipping a pure API for a team with its own frontend developers.
